Application Stages II & III

In order to be accepted to the LIFE program, you must complete the following stages of the application.
Application Stage I
Stage I of the application process is to complete our online application.After doing so, PLEASE PROCEED TO STAGE II
Application Stage II
So that we can make a decision about your candidacy, you will need to take the following actions.- Please send the following by email to info@lifeprogram.org.
- Your resume
- A clear digital photograph of yourself (passport style)
- The full names, titles and contact information (email and phone) of two personal references. You may also provide us with two written references from non-relatives with whom you have worked or studied under.
- International Travel Plans - If you have plans for international travel between the time you apply and the start of the program, please let us know. We need to know this information since you will need to send your passport to acquire the visa necessary for travel to India and because the vaccinations needed need to be spaced out over a couple of weeks.
- Apply for a Masa grant. The application process is short, but approval may take some time, so apply now – there are no charges.
- Our intake coordinator will contact you after you apply for a quick phone conversation about your application. If you have not been contacted yet, please email info@lifeprogram.org and ask for an intake conversation.
- Please submit your $100 Application Fee HERE
Application Stage III & Acceptance
The final stage of the application process includes- A Personal Interview – Our founder and director, Yonatan Glaser will arrange with you a time to discuss your application.
- Admission Decision - After the interview, our admissions team will meet to make a provisional acceptance decision about your candidacy which will be conveyed to you in writing. Acceptance is provisional inasmuch as you will still need to provide the LIFE program with medical forms, the LIFE program agreement, among other important documents provided in the Acceptance Pak.
- Acceptance Pak – Upon provisional acceptance to the program, you’ll be asked to pay the $500 deposit which will be applied towards your program fee and that will secure your place in the program. In addition, we will provide the Acceptance Pak that information and forms you must complete, including:
- Complete our internship interest form
- Medical Form and Health History Declaration
- Health insurance forms for Israel and India
- List of vaccinations
- Visa documentation letter
- Passport information & scan of passport
- Food, dietary and lifestyle preferences
- Emergency contact information form
- Packing list and information about airline luggage weight limitations
- Information about arrival times and meeting point
- Program fee payment schedule, including information about providing a check (that will remain uncashed) as security deposit
